Coffee with the Peacock was something that I started to try and connect more with you on a personal level. It's basically a mini concert that I do in my pajamas right after I wake up. Some of your probably think I'm crazy for showing that side of myself to the world. But that's okay. I video the performance and then post it to my YouTube channel. I guess you could call them little "webisodes." It's rare that an artist will ever allow anyone to see them "behind the scenes." But, we are all just people. I'm just telling my story. And sometimes, maybe you feel like I'm telling your story too. After all, we are all the same to some degree. And, aside from all the hype of touring and the so-called glamorous life on the road, I want you to see and believe that I'm just as real as everyone else. It doesn't get any more organic than this. I couldn't be more raw if I tried. My goal with Coffee with the Peacock is to open myself up once a week (or whenever I can) in a very intimate setting to you and for us to simply have coffee together. I usually talk for a few minutes first about what's on my mind and then play a song. Just me. Hanging out. Rollin' out of bed...because we all do it. Embracing the pajamas, no make up, the birds nest hair-do, and the out of tune squalling on occasion. That's the whole point of Coffee with the Peacock!
